For the third time in a row, the Iringa Regional Museum and Cultural Centre has warmly welcomed approximately three hundred tourism students from the University of Dodoma. This visit is an important part of practical learning, giving students an opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge in their field of study. It is an energetic step in preparing them for success after completing their studies.

In addition to enriching the students’ knowledge, these visits also play a significant role in promoting cultural tourism and domestic tourism. Through these experiences, we continue to demonstrate that our culture is a valuable treasure that can attract people of different ages and professions, thus strengthening the collaboration between the education and tourism sectors.

We sincerely thank the University of  Dodoma for continuing to choose us as a part of their practical training program. The Iringa Regional Museum serves as a symbol of historical and cultural heritage found within Iringa Municipality. This collaboration benefits not only the students but also our community as a whole.

With open hearts, we welcome you again to join us in the future. We remain committed to working closely together to provide education and promote understanding of our culture through cultural tourism. Welcome again to Iringa, where history and culture live forever.
